I started with Dan back in February and took on his 12 week programme to get my pre-pregnancy body back and feel fit and healthy again. Dan gave me nutritional advice and within a few weeks of working out 3 times a week I started loosing weight. By the end of the 12 weeks I couldn’t believe the transformation. Workouts were tough but fun at the same time. I really enjoyed my journey throughout the programme. Thank you Dan.

Dan has been keeping a group of us fit for about 2 years now, both in real life and over zoom. He keeps things fun but focussed. The sessions never get boring as he mixes things up really well. Good attention to detail in terms of posture etc during exercises too. I would highly recommend Dan!
